Dear Sir,

I found my Cenvat Invocies many coputerised & Manual Invoices not signed by Authority Signaoty is must or not

Pls guide line.

23 May 2011 invoice authentication is now shifted to company owner / partner/ director, or any authorized signatory as declared by assessee to department, so get the invoices authenticated by vendor.
