Auditor's appointment

16 October 2014 is it compulsory to file AGM resolution for appointment of auditor with ADT-1 ? I have filed GNG-2(ADT-1) along with auditor's appointment letter but ROC has sent it for re-submission with the remark that also upload AGM resolution as passed for auditor's appointment and consent letter of auditor.

16 October 2014 It seems different ROCs are using different practices. Though the same is not required but since it was asked by ROC nothing much can be done.

Provide the requisite docs asked by ROC.
