2 My/our tenure is likely to be over in the following general meeting
3 Due to engagement in other professional work, I/we will not be able to continue as auditor of company.
4 My/our audit fee has been paid upto ____ and following amounts are pending
5 I/we shall also like to point out following areas which need to be looked into by management
I/We are grateful for the co-operation extended by the board, staff of the company during our tenure.
