Sir, i want to know that whether companies act 2013 will be applicable on Auditor Report for Financial year 2013-14.
I have format of auditor report of companies act 1956 whether i need to amend the same or not?

For Financial Year 2013-14 Auditors Report of companies Act 1956 will be applicable. From FY 2014-15 onward Audit Report format under Companies Act 2013 will be applicable.
