Dear all,
Please clarify that whether an incoming auditor can accept audit in case of disputed fees wherein the client has finally agreed to pay the amount to the previous auditor but is not willing to give NOC/ Resignation letter to the incoming Auditor?
What can be the best remedy both from auditor point of view and company point of view?

Unless you will not take a resignation letter from earlier auditor, you can not appoint new auditor on his place.
