I have been the auditor of private limited company since 2008 shall i continue as per new company law bill as iwas filed 23B for the year 2013

Hi
The new Company Bill is not applicable till date. When it will be applicable then you will not be applicabe to appoint as auditor for more than 5 year in a tranche.
