auditing have been a low scoring subject for me,please sugget how to prepare for the same in an efficient manner for final my attempt is in may 2010 ....?

Be thorough in some selected topics like Professional Ethics, Company Audit, Special Audits, and AAS. Other topics you read so that to have knowledge to write something to score 50%. With this preparation you can score above 50 marks
