hello sir, i want to know that whether 3cd form is also attached while auditing under section 44AD.

My view. obviously Yes. under sec.44AD, normal provision not required any audit,incase assessee declares the profit of 8% in case if not declare the same, audit of books is necessary. so audit for prescribed by department is form 3CD only. So need to file Form 3CD

As per section 44AD if assessee claimed less profit he required to furnished audit report as required under section 44AB.
and hence report will be issued either in form 3CA/3CB along with 3CD
