YOU HAVE NOT MENTION WHAT TYPE OF INCOME OR WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS .

IN TRADING SALE NOT MORE THAN 100 LACS AND YOU DECLARE 8% NET PROFIT THEN NO REQUIREMENT OF AUDIT

IF PROFIT LESS THAN 8% THEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE AUDIT REPORT
