11 June 2011 I WANT TO ASK THAT FOR AUDIT U/S 44AD WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF FORM 3CB REPORT
WHILE FOR AUDIT U/S 44AB WE MENTION AUDIT REPORT U/S 44AB
FOR AUDIT U/S 44AD WHAT WOULD WE MENTION

11 June 2011 Dear Arun,

For the Purpose of audit because of the provision of Sec 44AD, all the provision of Sec 44AB shall apply. It means it shall considered as a audit U/S 44AB. So all provision of Sec. 44AB shall be applied.
Said Audit should be mentioned under AUDIT REPORT U/S 44AB.

One thing i want to clear
should we mention in form 3CB as
" Audit Under Section 44AD read with section 44AB OR any other words like this or there is no need to mention anything

There is no need to mention such kind of any information is said report. It shall be considered as a normal audit u/s 44 AB. so no need of any kind of extra information.
