while preparing audit report as per caro 2003. We will start the report as:

These are general in character and the Auditors' Report is meant for its shareholder members and it is to be addressed to them. Only members have to pass the audited accounts in the AGM and as a result the Auditors' Report is always addressed to them in this fashion.

MEMBER IS NOT DEFINED IN CARO BUT IN COMPANIES ACT WHICH MEANS THE PERSON ENTERED IN THE REGISTER OF MEMBERS AS MEMBER
