28 May 2015 Company has not filed return from 2006 then we have to do audit till f.y. 2013-2014 as per co. act 1956
for f.y. 2014-2015 as per company act

28 May 2015 Since audit is not conducted from 2006 and the same shall be conducted in financial year 2015-16, it is advisable to conduct the same as per the new Act.
