26 October 2013 If firm has T/O under 1 cr, and if CA audited its books of accounts, then whether it will count under limit of 45 audit?

If possible, I need detail reply for inclusion and exclusion for counting limit under Audit.

26 October 2013 Turnover whether more or less then 1 crore is not the criteria for counting tax audit limits...if 45 audit assignments are conducted then the system of income tax dept itself will not accept the 46th audit report on it own by default for reg icai member on its webiste.
