27 April 2010 what is the minimum frequency of audit committe meeting as per companies act in case of company, who does not prepares half yearly accounts.

27 April 2010 Companies Act is slient about the frequency of Audit Committee meeting, but as per listing Agreement and Secretarial Standard audit committee should meet at least four times in a year and not more than four months shall elapse between two meetings.
