my exam is due on nov 14. just wanted to know which is the best book for the preparation of audit(ca final) and also easy to understand. as i am going for self study...

V.K.Agarwal, Padhuka, Urvish Shah are equally good. If you ask me I'll suggest the last in the list.
Since your exam is in Nov 14, considering buying the 5th edition of Urvish shah in April 2014.
