Dubey ji, Management Audit is the audit of decions taken by mgt. the persons in the mgt, efficiency of the mgt.
Issue of share at premium: mens issue of share at a price more than its face value. this happen when company's share are in demand. for eg. share with a face value of Rs. 10 issued at Rs.50. this means share issued at a premium of Rs.40.
