hi sir
my client received commission income of Rs 3000000 during f.y 2013-14 commission income from intraday trading from india infoline wheter he is required to audit or not?? whether he is falling under professional or not??

intra-day trading income is not commission income. he should fall under 44AD. If the profit is less than 8%, then audit is compulsory
