30 May 2014 my sales t.o. is 67 lacs and my profit ratio is less than 8%,

so i have to do audit but do its have format like tax audit u/s 44AB. or only certify ITR,Computation, P&L, BS and Annex is enough and we can count as audited.

30 May 2014 you have to take audit report u/s 44AB with form 3CB and 3Cd .

30 May 2014 but only compulsory audit has form 3cb and 3cd u/s. 44ab if t.o. is 1 crore

so if less then 1 crore required also audit u/s 44ab form 3cb and 3cd
