01 December 2011 Can anyone tell me if neither i have filled examination form nor i am giving exam however i m eligible for exam on the the account of 9 month study, will it be count as attepmt???

02 December 2011 As per my understanding it will be counted. Reason being the criteria is eligibility to appear in exam which is responsible for exam attempt counting.
