can any one give a clear information of counting of attempt ! whether it strts after ipcc registration (no matter we give paper or not) or after filling up of examination forms??

eligible attempts are to be counted, no matter whether you appear or fill the form or whatever else.

once u fill up the form and submit them such all attempts u need to count as apeared on paper for which u rec admit card irrespective of u go to the centre or not.
