02 September 2013 hello sir, i want to just ask that my final ca attempt is may 2015 & if i take 9 months leave befoe my attempt then is there any possibility that my attempt will be postponed i.e. nov 2015.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.


If you will complete 30 months of article ship before 30.04.2015, then you will be eligible to appear in May 2015 attempt.

If you will complete 30 months of article ship before 31.11.2015, then you will be eligible to appear in Nov 2015 attempt.
