03 September 2013 Hi

Form 20B demand details of Board of Director and shareholders from the date of last AGM till the date of current AGM. Any changes between these two AGMs must be given in Form 20B. So it is necessary to disclose past and present directors and shareholders details of the company through Annual Return.

If there is any transfer between two AGM then the details of transfer is also required to be given in Annual Report.

I agree with you for the details to be furnished in form 20B return, but i came to know that it has to be done in specific Format, so i need that format , and i also came to know that it is in Sch-v or sch iv of companies act, but iam unable to find such format,plz send me that format if u know............... Thanks alot for helping me.

The Annual Report as specified as Schedule V part II under section 159 of the Companies Act, 1956.

The physical copy of Specified format is available on Stationary Store, you can purchase therefrom.

If you want soft copy then send the email id.

finally i want to confirm that , soft copy format u forwarded it , should be filled in and attached in the form 20B return ,am i right sir, but the same details are also entered in e-form 20B downloaded online....... so do we still need to attach this file..........

04 September 2013 Yes, the Annual Return I have send you will be filled and thereafter it will be converted in to PDF and there after it will be attached with Form-20B.

The Form-20B is not talking about transfer details of shares or debentures. It does not talks about last AGM.

So such form required to attach Annual Report as an attachment.
