24 September 2013 hello...I want to take Accounting Technician Certificate (ATC) as I completed my 1 year of article ship...so I want to know where to send the application for said certificate...Is that should be send to mumbai's address like we send all registration forms or is it to delhi's address...ply guide me in this confusion..
