17 October 2012 IF AN ASSOCIATE ENTERPRISE PAYS EMD (EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT) ON BEHALF OF OTHER ASSOCIATE COMPANY AND RAISES A DEBIT NOTE FOR THE EMD AMOUNT IS THIS CHARGEABLE TO SERVICE TAX NO ADDITIONAL AMOUNT CHARGED OTHER THAN EMD AMOUNT, IF CHARGED TO ST WHAT WILL BE THE TAX
