Dear All,
I want to know, if any unit " A" is closed.
we need to transfer all its stock or Assets to other unit , what we need to do.
Any form is required for it to submit in vat dept.

you have to raise the sale invoice to second unit name and pay the vat on the sales. if both unit have same TIN then NO vat charge only value/qty of goods to be mention on the invoices.
