The first Appeal has to be filed with the jurisdictional Commissioner of Appeals.
Appeal Fees to CIT(A) :
Assessed Income upto 1 lac : Rs.250/
Upto 2 lac: Rs. 500/-
and Above 2 Lac: Rs.1000/-.
