13 July 2013 If no assessment is done then there are many expenses which are not allowable as per Income Tax Act is claimed and personal expenses are also debited in the accounts on which tax is applicable and payable. Some people claim wrong deductions and therefore, through assessment it is stopped. Therefore, it is necessary to go for assessment.
