However if CV is due to resignation, then approval of shareholders is also required through General Meeting resolution.
After appointment company is required to inform ROC in form DPT.1.
DPT.1 is an intimation format. DPT.1 is required to be attached with E-form GLN.2
GLN.2 will be filed with ROC.
