WHAT WILL BE TREATMENT ACCORDING TO AS-16 IF THE SPECIFIC LOAN TAKEN FROM THE BANK AND GIVEN TO SUBSIDIARY FOR SOME DAYS AND INCOME OBTAINED BY THE SUBSIDIARY FROM THE LOAN ?

AS 16 nothing says about this, only interest for the period loan not utilized will not be included in borrowing cost.
