my training has completed on 14th march, 2015 and my CA want to extend my training, in such a case after submitting of form 108 is it compulsory to complete my extended training under previous employer, if yes then which form should be submitted with ICAI, and other option can i get register under another CA, if yes then which form i need to submit with ICAI.
and if CA don't sign on form 108 due to excess leave and say to complete my training under him, my question is is my CA do so.

I'll suggest to complete ur extended period to the current principal. Coz, as per me he/she will not allow u for transfer. And regarding forms the link is mentioned above, from where u can get all details.
