16 June 2015 Dear all,

my training has completed on 14th march, 2015 and my CA want to extend my training, in such a case after submitting of form 108 is it compulsory to complete my extended training under previous employer, if yes then which form should be submitted with ICAI, and other option can i get register under another CA, if yes then which form i need to submit with ICAI.

and if CA don't sign on form 108 due to excess leave and say to complete my training under him, my question is is my CA do so.

16 June 2015 Yup Kehar, U can take transfer only with the consent of ur Principal. Otherwise ur transfer is not possible.

and if i want to take transfer then which form should be filed with ICAI , is 102 and 103 is sufficient or any other

17 June 2015 I'll suggest to complete ur extended period to the current principal. Coz, as per me he/she will not allow u for transfer. And regarding forms the link is mentioned above, from where u can get all details.
