25 November 2011 i have given my IPCC Grp.2 exam in Nov.2011.(IPCC Grp.1 Cleared in May 2011)

If I will get passed , i will be eligible for my FINAL EXAM in Nov.2014.

i am going to start articleship in Dec 2011.

If i made my articleship started from a backdate(i.e. date before Sep.2011) for making my FINAL EXAM to be conducted on May.2014(after paying a little fine), will i have to make my FORM 112 (i am in B.COM 2nd year) also backdated??

25 November 2011 If you started your articleship in Dec-2011 then you will be eligible for final attempt in Nov-2014 and If you want to starting your article ship before sep-2011 as back dated then the ICAI imposes penalty and you may to show the proof of Staipend paid by your employer and received by you.
You have to send form 112 along with the articleship registration forms.
If you started your articleship before sep-2011 as per registered then you are eligible to give your final attempt in May-2014
