Articleship transfer after first year

10 April 2015 I have completed 2.1 years of articleship and now seeking transfer from puttur to Bangalore (300km) under marriage reason. Regarding this I had sent a hand written application seeking institute permission however also sent an email to sro@icai.in but I had not received any response later when I reached out Chennai office it was informed us send complete documents along with application and as per that I had sent application ,form 109 marriage certificate principal letter and it was also informed us that this transition will take longer than two months so meanwhile I can register in new firm by submitting form 103. However at new office they are seeking a confirmation email from institute as we are submitting 103 before getting approval for transfer. So please advise.

10 April 2015 jsut call icai and ask them why delay for this...... yes new firm wil register u only when u wil give him confirmationr regarding termination...

so contact icai is the only way to b out from all this
