13 September 2011 I am IPCC cleared student. i already Registered for articleship under XXXX & Co.
I have completed 9 months of my articleship.

But now i want to take transfer from my current Principal to Another.

I seek procedure Regarding Transfer.

13 September 2011 First you get permission from ICAI to transfer of articleship by writing to ICAI. If it give permission then you have to submit form 109 to ICAI with the present employer after receipt of acceptance of form 109 from ICAI then you have to submit form 103 for re-registration of your articles with the new employer.
