I hav completed my one year of articleship and now i want to take transfer as there is no coaching institute in my city and my principle is not allowing me go. Pls suggest me asap do i take transfer after one year due to lack of classes in my city ?

on this ground in seconnd year transfer wont be allowed by icai as only the following mentioned reason in link are permitted.
