Articleship transfer

I have registered as article on 26th april 2013 when last date wad 30th.after registration I terminated on 5th july and rejoined on 1st August.will my articleship will extend to next attempt? I m in delima plz suggest.

u need to complete 2.5 years in aggregate to be eligible for ca final and the gap of above days shall not be counted so u calculate accordingly in your case.

Hi
As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
As per this your 30 months will expire on or after 01.11.2015 so your final attempt will be in May 2016.
