16 September 2013 I have registered as article on 26th april 2013 when last date wad 30th.after registration I terminated on 5th july and rejoined on 1st August.will my articleship will extend to next attempt? I m in delima plz suggest.

16 September 2013 u need to complete 2.5 years in aggregate to be eligible for ca final and the gap of above days shall not be counted so u calculate accordingly in your case.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this your 30 months will expire on or after 01.11.2015 so your final attempt will be in May 2016.

16 September 2013 as you made a delay of 25 days your articleship period will be extended for 25 days

let me tell you ,you will get ca final attempt in last six months of articleship(i.e, after completion of 2.5 years of articleship)

.suppose your articleship completes on 25-april 2016 you can attempt for november 2015 attempt
