CAn you please tell me the last date of submission of Form 109 in institute.

11 September 2013 There is no such date, however

30 days upto 30 days ---------no fine
30 to 60 days --------300
61 to 180 days ------1000

Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

11 September 2013 form 109 to be send to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer from articleship

if there is any late ,along with condonation fee specified by above expert ,,icai will demand your work dairy and stipend details for the period served in articleship,,

so better to send form 109 to icai with in 30 days

11 September 2013 Agree with Experts opinion:

The requests for condonation should be accompanied by the appropriate forms, alongwith prescribed fee, by way of Demand Draft/Local Account Payee Cheque, drawn in favour of The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at the cities where the Decentralised Offices of the Institute are located. The applicants are requested to enclose all relevant information/documents necessary for condonation, alongwith the fee.

The Council also decided about the delegation of authority for condonation at various levels as under:
Period of delay >>> Authority
Upto 6 months >>> DCO Head
6 months to 1 year >>> Secretary
Above 1 year wherever applicable>>> Vice-President/President

12 September 2013 Dear All,

My Principal is out of India for 3 months and my 1st year of articleship is completed on 29th August,2013 and now my transfer is approved from 29th August,2013 i.e. with in 1st year, so please clarify the implication.

Also, please let me know that can this situation can put some negative impact on my transfer.
