Articleship transfer

01 April 2013 I have started my articleship on 16th August 2012 and want to take transfer but the CA is not allowing me to take transfer. Whenever I tell him for transfer he says that there is a lot work pending so I cant give you transfer these days, come after a month and when I meet him after a month for transfer He repeated that a lot work is pending. As my 1 year of articleship is not completed yet please reply fast what to do to take transfer??????.

Please reply fast.

Principal signature is must for taking transfer.

Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

03 April 2013 In first year of transfer no need to mentioned any reason, you are to take transfer without any reason.
