CPT Cleared = Nov 07
PCC Attempt = Nov 09
Training Strated = 7 Dec 07
Training Completed till date= 7 Dec 07 to 6 May 09 (18 months - 50 leaves = 16 months)
Institute Requirment = 15 Months

My question is "Can i take termination (not transfer)from articleship. after termination will i eligible to take PCC exams in Nov 09 ? This is all because i m not getting sufficient leaves.
Kindly help me out.

21 May 2009 Buddy, i can understand ur problem....!!
I can suggest u one thing bro, donot run away from the challenges....I know ur going from tough time as u r not getting sufficient leaves as this is all because our respected institute which has given power to the principles to play with the carriers of young chaps...!! If u indulge in termination things...then u will indulge in more difficult things...buddyy...always play straight whether its tough or not...do not change or stop ur path....!!
Buddy, i also passed CA final first atempt with 2 months exam leave in past(due to leave problem though i have extra leave too) as i also havent touch 4 subject out of 8 before 6 months...look bro, avoid taking tution as u have short time...start preparing ur self....start sleeping 5 hours a day....take one subject at a time try to complete in 10 days....5to 6 hours during office time and 15 to12 hours on sundays...!!!study regularly whether u r feeling sleepy...!!! always remain happy...!!! its tough but yarr i have done it with a god grace so u tooo.!!! worship everyday atleast 5 minutes, use ur conveyance time 4 studies...!!
Rest leave all to god...as everything is destiny!!!
