I want to know about How to apply or get selected at Big 4 for Articleship Training? What is the criteria for selection (like rank holder in IPCC)? And do they conduct interviews?

you need to possess thorough understanding of accounts, accounting standard, auditing standard, inocme tax provision, should have good communication skills, overa;ll balance personality, ability to handle assigned task.

a sound, good and merritorious academic record is the pre requisite for entry in BIG CA firms. They do conduct interviews in which what is tested is your knowledge, family background, interest in pursuing the course.
