11 May 2013 Sir,I have joined articles on 25th april.
on 25th I had completed form 102&103 and signed with principal.on 25th I had just bought a stamp paper and which date my articles will count.
and I want to know the termination procedure.

The article ship will be deemed to be commenced from the date mentioned in Form-102 on which you have joined the article ship.

25 June 2013 The expert is right about the date of joining. As regards termination why you want to terminate before you have joined. Termination can be done any time but why you have decided to terminate your articleship. It is better you should complete your articleship rather than termination. Your principal and you both have signed the terms of articleship in form no 102 and in that the date of completion is written if no date then number of years has been mentioned from there you can calculate the date of completion from the date of joining.
