Articleship termination problem

08 June 2014 A. Total number of days served (365×3) = 1095

B. Less: Total leave taken (including weekly holidays) = 178

C. Actual Period served = 917

D. Entitlement of leave (1/6th of the actual period served) = (917/6) = 153

EXCESS LEAVE: (B – D) = 25.

Sir, we have considered weekly holidays in Form 109 for leave purpose.(We have considered 180 days as leave applicable)

Institute have issued us a notice for excess leave taken of 25 days.

Please suggest the process for solving this problem.

during working period whatever weekely holiday comes it is considered as actually working day

08 June 2014 once you have filled the form, there is little you can do. just submit Form 107 too for the 25 days period
