how can decide stypend in third year of articleship

Its fixed by ICAI
1st Year - 1000 PM
2nd Year - 1250 PM
3rd Year - 1500 PM.
The above r the minimum pay, a principal can't pay less than that amount to the articles. And maximum has no limits.
