Articleship stipend

21 January 2013 Dear Sir,
I have joined article ship in a Partnership CA firm in Delhi and receiving the stipend from my principle personal account not in the name of firm account whether it will effect on my article ship or not.

Please reply asap.

22 January 2013 After completing articleship, you have to fill a form(check ICAI's site) therein you need not to give your principal's details,you will be asked to give your accounts details..further keep preserving your articleship deed till you complete articleship..rest need not to worry

The stipend under this regulation shall be paid by the principal to the articled assistant either (a) by a crossed account payee cheque every month against a stamped receipt to be obtained from the articled assistant; or (b) by depositing the amount every month in an account opened by the articled assistant in his own name with a branch of the bank to be specified by the principal.
