20 January 2016 Hello experts

My friend has taken termination during first year of articleship 8 months ago.Now he wants to join in new firm.
He want to take dummy articles with registration from april 2015.

Are additional documents compulsorily to be submitted to institute?
is bank account statement compulsory?
Is there any chance for creation of fake documents?

Please guide in this regard ..

20 January 2016 For registration only form 103 is enough,but later any time ICAI has right to ask to provide work dairy of work performed and stipend proof(bank statement).if ICAI finds it is dumy articleship your articleship already served will be cancellled and employer given dummy articles will be punished.

so doing dummy is a big risk do it on your risk
