I have cleared only 1st group and have not paid my articleship registration fees along with my IPC registration fees so what is the procedure and which form is used to pay articleship registration fees?

you need to File Form 103 and Form 102 and pay the registration fees along with it. The fees to be paid is provided in Form 103
