No, it should be before the commencement of article ship.

30 April 2013 I started my articleship training from 21 apr but got the form 102 stamped today that is 30 Apr and my college principal is not in town so I will have to submit my form late will it affect my final attempt?

01 May 2013 If your article ship commencement is 30.04 then you can use stamp paper of 30.04 and not there after.

You can submit Form-102 and 103 with late fee to Institute.
