Articleship reg problem

i had been registered under my employer as on 1st march'13. after 5 months i have received a leeter from icai taht my employer already has 10 articles under him. so my form has been rejected. but out of those 10 article 2 of them have become ca but icai has not removed their names whch are appearing under my sir's name. now if i get registered under other partner of my firm will my articleship be extended? please give me the solution out as i dont want to extend my final attempt...

As per my understanding, at the time of commencement of your article ship, your principal have 10 articles as per records of ICAI, so you have disqualified for register in article ship.
So ensure your principal about that.
