I m ipcc direct entry student. I m in second year of articleship. I m too frustrated with my principal as he is very abusive and speaks beyond limits. keeps on torturing. I know that I can't get transfer. He even didn't allow me to appear for ipcc exams by denying signing my exam form. somehow I managed to get it signed from other members.So is there any provision that I can start my articleship training fresh for three years under some other principal.

unfortunately u can do all the years u already served as its recorded by icai better u take secondment or do articleship in other city.
