hi seniors,
my question is whether number of attempts matter in order to apply to Big 4 ?
I missed my attempt due to family issues, which cannot be stated here.
If I get a GOOD rank in 3rd attempt, what are my chances to get in ?

Some of the companies may consider that no of attempts. But after explaining your problems to leave your attempt and based on your rank they will accept you and join for articleship.

however,, do you know of anyone who had the same situation as mine ?
and how do they calculate the number of attempts ??? like for eg i havent filled up the form for may and will be sitting for may .. then also it will be counted ?

Yep..
Attempts doesnt matter if you have good academics in past & also you are clearing with rank as you said..
so wat else i say, clear all your doubts about such myths & all the bestiez..
