ARTICLESHIP IN BIG FIRM NOW OR LATER

14 April 2009 i am a ca final student. i got rank in both pe-1 n pe-11 and wanna to continue in final as well. till now i was doing my training in a small firm but now i have the opportunity to compute my 1.5 year training from ss kothari. but if i join them i can't take coaching classes due to outstation audits.
what i wanted to know should i join them now or it would be better to continue in small firm , getting rank in final as well and then work for same time in a big firm what would be the difference in both the options.
please suggest.

14 April 2009 Sachin in my view what really important is you qualify CA final in first attempt.
If you think and if you can qualify Final easily without tuition, then opt for big firm and gather the precious experience, however if it would be difficult for you to clear final while doing articleship in big firm, I strongly believe that in such case better to stay with tiny firm. After all WE ARE DOING ARTICLESHIP FOR CA, NOT STUDING CA TO DO ARTICLESHIP. Although articleship in an inherent part of CA.
